Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
ROCKFEST ENTERTAINMENT SLU is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
The company has voluntarily appointed a Data Protection Officer through whom the User can make inquiries, complaints, claims and suggestions regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as exercise their recognized rights in terms of data protection.

What do we process your personal data for and why do we do it?
Depending on the form from which we have obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially to achieve the following purposes:
Ticket purchase
To formalize the purchase of tickets for the events offered at the controller's establishment.

How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal provisions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The rights available to the USER are:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and limitation or opposition to its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to attend to their request by the provider, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of optimal service to the USER. In case all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided are fully adjusted to their needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated to them the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

4. IMAGE TRANSFER
The event attendee expressly acknowledges free of charge that their image and voice, as well as that of the minors accompanying them, may be captured incidentally and merely as an attendee with the subsequent purpose of event dissemination, with the sole exception and limitation of those uses or applications that could violate the right to honor under the terms provided in Organic Law 1/85, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and One's Own Image. This authorization does not set any time limit for its granting or for the exploitation of the photographs, or part thereof, in which the minors appear, so it is considered granted for an unlimited period of time.
ROCKFEST ENTERTAINMENT SLU, is the Controller of the processing of the Interested Party's personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and Law (ES) 1/1982 on civil protection, right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, for which the following processing information is provided:
Purposes and legitimacy of the processing: Management of the contractual relationship of attendance at the event, recording of images and videos to manage the proper development of the activities of the Data Controller to publicize them in the media through positive action by the interested party at the time of purchase.
Data retention criteria: they will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while there are legal provisions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.
Data communication: data will not be communicated to third parties without your consent, except by legal obligation.
